iThe Great Work
For six hundred years the alchemists chased one trick: base metal into noble metal. They melted, they prayed, they poisoned themselves on quicksilver. Every one of them died broke, and every one of them was almost right.
$MERCURY on Solana, launched on pump.fun

For six hundred years the alchemists chased one trick: base metal into noble metal. They melted, they prayed, they poisoned themselves on quicksilver. Every one of them died broke, and every one of them was almost right.
Then a startup announced the Great Work with neutrons: feed mercury to the neutrons of a fusion reactor and let it decay into gold. It came with a bill of materials. The cauldron got a plasma core.
So the timeline spent a week laughing at the goldbugs. Six thousand years of “gold cannot be printed,” and the printer turns out to be a tokamak. Hard money is only hard until somebody builds the machine.
He watched all of it from the edge of the woods, staff in paw, his hat dripping quicksilver since the plague years. He does not need a reactor. Wherever his staff touches the ground it turns gold, and his hat is made of mercury.
